We will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product, which will be conducted with your (customer) consent. In cases of swatches/samples of products may appear slightly different due to visual media issues such as mobile/computer resolutions and graphical variations. In that case, we can’t ensure any return/refund and do request you to visit our outlets physically to purchase after checking testers/swatches. Detailed and conditional clauses are mentioned below:
- Order must be checked in front of the delivery person.
- If you find any defect and think you need to return the product, inform the Hotline Number (01622449900) as soon as possible, along with a picture, and replace it instantly.
- If the product is damaged, it must be informed immediately after receiving and returned within three days from the day it is received. (Outside Dhaka)
- The product must be intact. However, there can be exceptions (if the product is damaged).
- Used or Swatched products will not be considered for exchange or refund.
- The request will not be accepted if the customer chooses or places an order alone and wants to return/change the product (except damaged products).
- And in case of return for exceptional circumstances, the customer must pay the transportation cost.
- The original Invoice must be returned along with the product.
- Once we receive your returned product, it will take 1-2 business days to verify the issue, and after verification, if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged, or money will be refunded.
- If the claim is invalid, Focallure Bangladesh will not be liable to exchange or return the money.
